Whilst the apartment offers plenty of sunshine all day long, windows in the living room, dining room and bedroom guarantee cool breezes.

The new kitchen is well-equipped and has dining area seating for four. The bedroom features a double bed and window looking onto a courtyard.
Around the corner in one direction lies the famous Cours Saleya - the vast open market square lined with beautiful red and yellow Provencal buildings, open-air restuarants and featuring an ever-changing range of produce and flower stands, artisans and musicians. Just beyond this square, to the South, stretches the famous Promenade des Anglais and the turquoise blue Mediterranean.
Around the corner in the other direction from the apartment, you will find the best and most intriguing streets of the Old Town with bakeries, wine shops, gourmet food stores, antiquarians and many additional restaurants.
Access to the centre of Nice Ville with its world-class shops and museums and ultra-modern tram line, is only minutes from the apartment's door. For visitors with rental cars, parking on streets or in municipal garages is close by.
Once your booking is complete, the owner can assist you in arranging local tours or more extended field trips, as well as accompanied outings.

Just back from 10 glorious days in Nice and a huge factor in having such a wonderful trip was due to this wonderful little apartment. It's just the right size for 2 with all the modern amenities, but the piece de resistance was the location...1 tiny block from the farmers market and 2 blocks to the Mediterranean. One trip here is definitely not enough!

We enjoyed Nice tremendously since we had more time to explore than our first visit about 9 years ago. Location was superb in Vieux Nice and around corner from market. We're certainly spreading the good word about Nice and the advantages of a longer term rental over hotels.

Keep meaning to email you and tell you what a fantastic time we had, was perfect cannot fault! Visited Cannes, Monaco, Villefranche... but Vieux Nice was definitely the best...I've already passed details to about 10 people!!!
The apartment was fabulous thank you, we had a great time. You have a lovely apartment and it is so handy and close to everything and reasonably priced, it felt like home!
We had a ball in Nice. It's a fantastic city with lots to explore, still can't believe the colour of the water! The apartment was just lovely too and it's in a fantastic location. I'll definitely recommend it to any of my friends wanting to travel there.
We loved your apartment and your property agent really helped us get oriented. It was our first trip to Nice and we can't wait to go back!
We woke up one morning to the smell of fresh baked bread coming from a baker right down the street. This was France like we dreamed it would be.
