A very well-appointed, contemporary one bedroom apartment (apartment 1).
This air-conditioned apartment is ideally placed right in the centre of the Old Town and so close you can see the sea! With it's narrow streets and fashionable bars/restaurants, the Old Town is very popular with tourists and the most colourful & interesting quarter of Nice: filled with pastel coloured buildings, countless shops, bars, bistros, historic buildings, various daily markets & galleries. It is only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and Promenade des Anglais (with direct access to the airport) and just a stone's throw from the Cours Saleya market and the beach. Cannes is only 30 minutes away and in the winter you can be skiing in the mountains just an hour away by car! There's great diving from the port, just 6 minutes walk from Old Town.
The property offers accommodation for 4 people, comprising one separate double bedroom with two full-sized bunk beds situated in the lounge area.
Facilities include a plasma screen digital TV, free WIFI access, air conditioning and washing machine.
In addition, rollerblades are offered to guests, subject to availability.
Please note that there are several flights of steps from street level to the apartment, in keeping with the Old Town where very few properties have lifts.

Hey Andy! We've had a lovely stay. We've left a bottle of wine as a thank you to the cleaner; the flat was so clean! We're also leaving a small pocket guide to the Cote d'Azur that will be useful to future holiday makers. The flat is, as we said, almost perfect.
