The famous flower market (Cours Saleya) and beach are just a minute's walk away.
This apartment has been tastefully renovated and some original stonework has been preserved. High ceilings add to its charm.
Each bedroom contains a double four poster bed and a small interior courtyard can be accessed from one of the bedrooms (via three steps).
The lounge and dining area offers comfortable seating and eating facilities and a place where you can watch satellite TV.

Please please please do yourself a favour and book this place whenever you are visiting Old Nice. From the outside it is a beautiful authentic building, all magical and when you step inside, it is this other world, modern and yet loads of character. We were very impressed. All day we were out but when we got home, it was very relaxing. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. I recommend this place to every couple visiting Old Nice. And the magic does not only touch the building from the outside, the location of the place is perfect as well, just a few steps from the beach, the nightlife, restaurants, the wow alleys of Old Nice and a castle if you walk up the hill with waterfalls and everything. We were a group of young people and we had a lot of fun. Also very spacious. Well done guys!
